I keep pricing straightforward and transparent by providing a comprehensive project estimate for every web design project. Each estimate is tailored to the agreed scope and timeline, with key factors like design complexity, functionality, number of pages, and SEO needs carefully considered, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.

The first step is completing the Free Quote Request form. This form helps me gain a thorough understanding of your specific goals and preferences, allowing me to craft a proposal that aligns closely with your vision. If anything in your submission needs clarification, I’ll reach out with a quick call to ensure I have every detail clear before moving forward.

I find that hourly billing isn’t ideal. My goal is to provide you with a high-quality website that meets your needs without tracking hours. After reviewing your Quote Request form and discussing your needs, I’ll assess the complexity, scope, and timeframe required for your project and put together a Web Design Proposal. Once you agree and sign the proposal, I’ll get to work on bringing your project to life.

To begin, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due prior to launch. This payment structure allows me to allocate resources efficiently and keep the project on track, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Each payment is managed through a straightforward electronic invoice (payment link), so you can easily review and confirm all details match our agreement.
